RETURNS & REFUNDS

Opened sets cannot be returned. Unopened sets may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Damaged or defective sets will be made right.
Opened Sets
All fragrance samples are final sale once opened. This is not a discretionary policy — opened vials cannot be verified, resealed, or resold. No exceptions are made.
If you are uncertain whether a particular exhibition is right for you, please read the exhibition notes carefully before purchasing. Questions prior to purchase are welcome at contact@curatednose.com.
Unopened Sets
Unopened sets in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
To initiate a return:
- Email contact@curatednose.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for a return confirmation before sending anything back. Unrequested returns cannot be processed.
- Pack the set securely and ship it back at your expense using a trackable method. The Curated Nose is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the return, to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Sets
If your set arrives with damaged vials, missing components, or a manufacturing defect, contact us at contact@curatednose.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue.
We will assess and respond within 2 business days. Verified issues will be refunded in full to your original payment method, including original shipping costs.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at contact@curatednose.com. We will open an inquiry with USPS on your behalf.
If the package is confirmed lost by USPS, we will reship your order if the exhibition is still in stock. If it is no longer available, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Packages marked as delivered by USPS are not eligible under this policy. If a package shows as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first — most of these cases resolve within 48 hours.
A Note on Limited Editions
Curated Nose exhibitions are produced in small quantities and are not always restocked. In cases where a return is accepted or a reship is warranted, we cannot guarantee availability of the original set. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.
